Terms of Service

Airez AI provides vertical AI products that run on top of third-party model providers. You direct the workflows and renders; the outputs depend on your inputs and the underlying models, which can be imperfect. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, and for any claims you make. Where an AI assistant interacts with your customers, it discloses that it is AI.

You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must meet any minimum age required by applicable law. The free tools work without an account; paid plans and saved workspace data need you to sign in.

The Acceptable Use Policy is part of these terms and sets the limits on what the products may generate and send. In short: no adult or sexually explicit generation; no cloning a real person's voice or generating their likeness without that person's documented consent; no impersonation; no unsolicited outreach to lists your customers are not on; no fabricated reviews or purchased engagement; no reselling the underlying model APIs. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break it.

Some features send messages to your customers (SMS, WhatsApp, email, calls). You are responsible for having the consent they require and for following the laws that apply to you, including TCPA and A2P 10DLC rules for US SMS, CAN-SPAM for email, and their equivalents elsewhere. Do not use the products to send unlawful, deceptive or unsolicited messages.

You retain ownership of the prompts, inputs and connected-account data you provide and of the outputs you generate, subject to the terms of the underlying model providers. You are responsible for having the rights to the content and accounts you connect.

Dry-run usage is not billed. Paid usage is metered against one shared Airez AI credit wallet, and every action that spends credits is marked as AI work; a credit debit is worked out from what the underlying model call actually cost, and includes a stated margin, and is recorded against the run it belongs to. Paid plans renew until cancelled. The free tier is the set of tools that carry no per-use provider cost — it may carry usage limits or watermarks, and anything that calls a paid model runs on credits instead.

Subscriptions and credit packs are priced and charged in US dollars. Cancellation, the refund window on a first payment, and how unspent credit packs are treated are set out in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Airez AI credits are issued by Airez Innovations LLP and accepted only by Airez Innovations LLP, as a unit of account for AI work inside the products. They are not money, not a payment instrument and not stored value usable anywhere else: they cannot be transferred or sold to anyone, carry no cash value, and are not redeemable for cash. Credits included with a plan are granted as part of that plan for the period it covers. We publish the credit rate, and what a paid action actually cost is recorded against it.

Features marked Beta or Soon are provided as-is, may change or be withdrawn, and are not guaranteed for production use. The site states each feature's real status — see the comparison page.

Airez AI Markets is a software tool you operate. It is not financial, investment, trading or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation, solicitation or offer to buy or sell any security or instrument. Airez AI is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, research analyst or portfolio manager, and provides no personalised advice or fiduciary service. No profit, performance or return is promised or guaranteed; trading involves substantial risk, including the possible loss of all capital, and past behaviour does not indicate future results. You connect and operate your own broker accounts, you make and are solely responsible for every decision and outcome, and Airez AI never takes custody of funds or places trades on your behalf. Orders route through your own broker, so any algorithm-registration or exchange obligations rest with you and your broker. Access is invite-only with no public pricing and no self-serve signup.

The products are provided “as is” without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that any AI assistant will find, cite or recommend your business, or any particular business outcome. To the extent permitted by law, Airez AI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

You may stop using the products at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or risk to the platform. You can export your data before you leave. Your right to your stored assets and traces is described in the Privacy Policy.

The Airez AI products are operated by Airez Innovations LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership registered in India, at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts there have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection you have where you live.
