Questions
Common questions about the score
- Does the score ask ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity about me?
- No. The score reads your website, which is why it is free. Asking the assistants your customers' questions and seeing who they name is a separate feature, tracked buyer questions, which is in Beta.
- What if you could not check something?
- It is left out rather than counted against you, so your score is out of what we could actually read. If your site turns us away, we say so instead of scoring it.
- Why did my score change when my site did not?
- Load speed can differ from one check to the next. Everything else changes only when your site does, or when the checks change. Then the method gets a new version, and a score from before is never compared with one from after.
- What is the fastest way to raise it?
- Start with the top fix in your report. Fixes are ordered by how many points each one wins back.
