Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use any Airez AI product to produce:

• —Sexually explicit or pornographic material, or any adult content intended for sexual gratification — including anything generated by AI.
• —Sexual content involving minors, or any depiction of a minor in a sexualised context. This is reported, not just blocked.
• —Content that harasses, defames or incites violence against a person or group.
• —Material that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or other rights, including passing off a protected work as your own.

Synthetic speech and generated video make it easy to reproduce a real person. You may not:

• —Clone, imitate or synthesise the voice of a real person without that person's documented, informed consent — consent you can produce on request.
• —Generate the likeness of a real person — a face, a body, a performance — without their documented consent. Deepfakes of public figures are not an exception.
• —Impersonate any person, business, brand or public body, or present an AI agent as a specific named human.
• —Use a generated voice or likeness for fraud, social engineering, or to obtain money, credentials or personal data.

Where an Airez AI assistant speaks or writes to your customers, it identifies itself as AI, and generated media carries an AI-generated disclosure. You may not remove, obscure or misrepresent either.

Features that call, text, email or message on your behalf reach real people, and the responsibility for that contact is yours.

• —Message only people who have a relationship with your business and the consent required where they live — including TCPA and A2P 10DLC for US SMS, CAN-SPAM for email, and the equivalent rules elsewhere.
• —No cold outreach to purchased, scraped or rented contact lists.
• —No telemarketing campaigns, autodialling of unconsented numbers, or bulk unsolicited broadcasts.
• —Honour opt-outs promptly and keep your own records of consent.

Our visibility tools measure and improve what is really there. They may not be used to manufacture it.

• —No fabricated, incentivised or purchased reviews, and no reviews written as if by a customer who did not write them.
• —Ask for reviews only from real customers who bought from you, and never make the request depend on the rating they will leave.
• —No purchased traffic, followers or engagement, and no attempt to manipulate a ranking or an AI answer with claims your business cannot support.
• —Structured data and site content must describe your actual business — real services, real hours, real credentials, and prices you will honour.

• —No reselling or sublicensing the underlying model APIs, and no using Airez AI as an undisclosed backend for another product.
• —No probing, scanning or attempting to break isolation between workspaces, and no circumventing rate limits, metering or spend caps.
• —No using the products to build a competing model through systematic extraction of outputs.

If you believe an Airez AI account has produced content that breaks this policy — including a voice or likeness of you used without your consent — email hello@airezai.com with whatever detail you can share. We acknowledge reports within 2 business days. A credible report about a person's voice or likeness is actioned first and investigated second.

We may warn, limit, suspend or terminate an account that breaks this policy, and we may remove the content in question. Serious cases — sexual content involving minors, fraud, threats to safety — are terminated without warning and referred to the relevant authority. Termination for a breach does not entitle you to a refund of the current period; the Cancellation & Refund Policy covers every other case.
